Shooting in a sunflower field has been on my photo bucket list for a while now, and this year….IT HAPPENED.  The sunflower field at the Canfield Experimental Farm bloomed just in time for my sister’s maternity session, the clouds parted and the sunshine arrived for golden hour, and magic happened.  I probably describe a lot of things in life as magical, but this one….well, you’ll see.  My superwoman baby-making goddess of a sister Jessie is adding another baby to her crew in just a few weeks, and it’s a boy!!!  Another nephew!  If you’ve been around the blog at all in the past 8 years, then you know I have a mild obsession with my niece and nephews, and I don’t mind sharing it with you all.  Sweet Michael made me an auntie for the first time, and I was just smitten with that red-headed freckle faced boy.  Then along came James, barreling into the world in his usual rough and tumble way.  Every bit sweet as he is rugged.  Two years ago (almost three!), Audrey spiced things up with all things pink and girly and glittery, and melted our hearts just a little bit more.  I cannot wait to meet Baby Conrad #4, and discover what personality will shine through him!  We celebrated his upcoming arrival by running through the sunflowers and sharing lots of laughs.  Jessie is clearly a pro at this point, but this family session just might be my new favorite….maybe ever!  Thank you sis for spoiling me with all these babies, it sure is fun being their aunt and getting to capture all your greatest milestones together as a family.  I love you!!
