Y’all know that home sessions are my forever favorite, right? You can find the prettiest location or the coolest backdrop, but nothing can compare to the place where you live and love and do life on the daily. Backyard summer sessions are extra fun, because you can run around barefoot and do all the best summer things! Maran and Neil have three rowdy little mini-me’s, so running around the backyard is the perfect place to capture their family. I always love hanging out at their place, and I was especially looking forward to their session this summer because they just finished a huge project – digging a pond! And you better believe we jumped off that dock! Claire, Cora, and Cru are just the sweetest lil buggers, and their individual personalities shine. Cru is really starting to keep up with his big sisters, I can’t believe how big this guy is now! We ate popsicles, rode bikes, ran around, and of course swam in the pond. A crazy thunderstorm started rolling in right at the end of our evening, which made for some dramatic skies and crazy cool clouds!
Perry family, thank you for continually inviting me to share in the story of your family over the years. It means the world that you trust me with these memories, because they are just the best!

Let me start by saying “you never disappoint!” If anything,you are always able to exceed expectations with our family photo sessions!
How you are able to capture our kids personalities in a single shot is beyond me,but you do it every time and I love ya for it! Your able to make picture day at the Perry household fun and exciting! Which in my opinion, is very important when dealing with 3 very different kiddos!
I’ve always loved family pictures at home. But,I wanted them to be un-staged and natural! This was the icing on the cake,when I saw how well you’re always able to incorporate bits and pieces of our house,with our family that makes its nest inside!
To anyone looking for an amazing photographer,but more importantly an amazing person,look no further,you’ve found your gal. She’ll put a smile on your face and bring a tear to your eyes when you look at your pictures and know you’ll be making memories together for a long time to come!
