Connecting with other photographers is one of my favorite perks to being in the photography industry, and I was so excited when Josh and Danielle of Menning Photographic contacted me about a lifestyle family session in their backyard!  Not only have these two built an incredible name for themselves in the wedding industry, but they have just recently expanded their family with the addition of their daughter Tenley Kay.  I’ll let you see for yourself what an adorable family they are, but I just cannot get over the cuteness!  Tenley just turned 7 months old, and this chunk-a-munk is too sweet!  Her sprouty little ponytail is the best.  Living in the country means you get about a million awesome photo locations right in your backyard, and the Mennings’ property did not disappoint!  Late September goldenrod galore, grassy fields, and the hazy warm sun that filters through the last evenings of summer.  These sweet moments with the Mennings as a family of three are so beautiful, you can just see the love in the way Josh and Danielle look at each other and the love they share with their daughter.

I had a wonderful time with you Mennings, and I hope you enjoyed some time on the other side of the camera for a change :)  May you cherish these family memories for years to come!
